It’s time to get our brunch on. Lockdown has created a whirlwind in the kitchen as people found themselves not only unable to stop by their favorite restaurant but also so much time at home that even the most devout introverts were getting a little stir crazy.
Many people searched high and low for new hobbies to fill the time and cooking definitely came out as one of the top. And while we may be past our obsessive banana bread phase, our kitchens are still hot.
Our brunch game was also devastatingly hit by lockdown as Sundays with friends at our favorite cafe was no longer an option. But come to find it, homemade brunch might just be even better.
